At the time of project start-up, a Pratt Field Service technician inspects the installation area making any needed adjustments, trains customers when required, and certifies the product is ready for full time operation.
Repairs are also handled by the Field Service department. Such work includes site inspection, seat replacements, rebuilding or replacing actuators.
